1. The Service

The Service helps you plan watch modding builds: choose parts, check likely compatibility, preview generated visualizations, and share builds with others. We do not make, sell, or ship any products. Parts are sold by third parties, such as sellers on AliExpress.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom) to use the Service, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live or have a parent or guardian's permission.

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google account secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create on the Service, such as builds, collections, notes, profile information, and feedback ("Your Content").

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example, resizing images or generating visualizations from your builds), display, and distribute Your Content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Service. For content you make public, this license also lets other users view it and fork or remix your published builds within the Service. The license ends when you delete the content, except for copies other users have already made, such as forks, and backups we keep for a limited time.

You are responsible for Your Content. You confirm that you have the rights needed to post it and that it does not violate these Terms or anyone else's rights.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law, or infringe or misappropriate anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or misleading, or that promotes counterfeit goods.
• Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Spam, scrape, or crawl the Service in bulk, or use automated means to access it, except as allowed by our robots.txt.
• Interfere with the Service's security or operation, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Manipulate likes, follows, affiliate links, or other metrics.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that we believe violate these Terms.

5. Compatibility information and generated content

Compatibility checks, part suggestions, prices, and generated images and names are provided for planning purposes only. They are based on third-party listings and automated processing, and they can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Always confirm dimensions, specifications, and compatibility with the seller before buying.

Watch modding involves small parts and tools and can damage your watch or parts, void warranties, or cause injury. You are solely responsible for what you buy and for any work you do.

6. Third-party products, links, and affiliate relationships

The Service links to third-party sites and products that we do not control. Purchases you make are between you and the seller and are governed by the seller's and the marketplace's terms. We are not responsible for third-party products, sites, prices, availability, shipping, returns, or customer service.

Some links are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you buy something after following one, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not change the price you pay.

7. Our content and feedback

Apart from Your Content and third-party material (such as product listings and images, which belong to their owners), the Service and its design, text, graphics, and code are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them except as the Service allows.

If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

8. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, email privacy@handson.watch with: your contact information; a description of the copyrighted work; the URL of the material you want removed; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove the material and terminate repeat infringers.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time and can ask us to delete your account by emailing privacy@handson.watch. We may suspend or end your access at any time if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the Service or other users. Sections 3 (for content already shared), 5, 6, 7, and 10 through 13 continue to apply after your use ends.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY PART WILL FIT OR WORK AS DESCRIBED.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, OR FOR DAMAGE TO WATCHES OR PARTS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain of these limitations, so some of them may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or anyone's rights.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section takes away mandatory consumer protections you have under the laws of the country where you live.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will provide a more prominent notice. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. General

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours as part of a merger, sale, or transfer of the Service.
